Please note: It is way better to just really go for 100% integrity with all commitments. It’s totally doable, and I did about 95% the first time I did this, and have done 100% multiple times since then. Also, when you start to slip and skip stuff, it get’s easier and easier to keep doing so.
Example 1: If you end up doing 70% of your spiritual study (average over the 9 weeks), you do 90% of mediation, 50% of exercise, and 100% of your person commitment, you will be scored as follows:
70%x50%= 35% + 90%x20%=18% + 50%x20%= 10% + 100%x10%=10%
Totaling 73% – which would be a failing grade for the program
Example 2: If you just miss 5 days or so get a 90% score on spiritual study, about 1/2 of days you only get to meditate 1 time, so you get a 75% score for meditation, and you usually miss 1 workout a week or so, do you get a 65% for exercise. But you do your personal commitment perfectly, so you get 100% for that
90%x50%=45% + 75%x20%=15% + 65%x20%=13% + 100%x10%=10%
Totaling 83%, so you would pass the program
Example 3: If you end up doing 90% of your spiritual study (average over the 9 weeks), you do 90% of mediation, 40% of exercise, and 100% of your person commitment, you will be scored as follows:
90%x50%= 45% + 90%x20%=18% + 40%x20%=8% + 100%x10%=10%
Totaling 81% – BUT, since you only scored 40% on the exercise portion, you will have failed the program.
